Sartes Flooring LLC (“Sartes Flooring,” “we,” “us”) operates this website to let homeowners in the Atlanta Metro Area, Georgia request a free in-home flooring estimate. This page explains what information we collect here and how it's used.
Information you provide
When you submit the “Get My Free Estimate” form, we collect your name, phone number, and zip code. We use this only to contact you and schedule your free estimate — we don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone outside the vendors listed below who help us run this site and respond to you.
Automatic information & cookies
Like most websites, we use a few tools that collect data automatically as you browse:
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — helps us measure which ads led to a visit or a submitted estimate request, and shows you more relevant ads. Meta sets cookies (
_fbp,_fbc) for this. - Hotjar — records anonymized session activity (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) so we can understand and improve how the site works. Hotjar does not collect the content of form fields you don't submit.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a bot-detection check that runs when you submit the estimate form, so we can tell real visitors from automated spam.
Where your data is stored
Submitted estimate requests are stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure and are only accessible to Sartes Flooring staff. We keep this information as long as needed to follow up on your estimate request.
Your choices
